Founded in 2000, HRISL is one of the most prestigious up-and-coming adult travel leagues in Hampton Roads. An affiliate of Metro DC Central Virginia Soccer Association (MDCVSA), HRISL is also a member of USASA and USSA. FIFA rules and regulations are followed.
In a short period of time, HRISL teams have gained national recognition for their skills and hard work. In fact, for the first time ever, the Hampton Roads area was represented at the Lamar Humt US Open Cup by the Virginia Beach International team.
